A free bank is fine until a wrong answer key teaches you the wrong rule. This is what your pass pays for.
Released exams use CBP's own key, with a note wherever a later rule change or a debatable key matters. Original questions are solved blind by a second checker and verified against the section they cite.
Explanations are checked against the 2026 HTSUS and today's 19 CFR. Fees that change every October, such as the MPF limits, carry their fiscal year.
Every answer explains why the right option is right and why the trap is wrong, citing the rule, for example 19 CFR 152.103(b) or HTSUS heading 6302. Calculations show the arithmetic.
