Terms of Service

CBLE Ready provides practice questions, worked explanations, timed practice exams, study notes and progress tracking for the CBLE. It includes the exams and answer keys that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has publicly released, which are US government works in the public domain, alongside our own original questions. The Service is for study purposes only.

No licensing decision. Practice questions, released-exam explanations and timed mock exams only. Passing the CBLE is one step: CBP still decides every license application (19 CFR 111.12-111.16), including the background check.

CBLE Ready is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the Department of Homeland Security or CBP's exam vendors. Released CBP exams are reproduced with CBP cited as the source; CBP has not reviewed our explanations. All other questions are original study material. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing any examination or obtaining any license.

You must give accurate information when you register and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account is for one person; sharing an account is not permitted.

Premium access is sold as a one-time pass for a fixed period (1 month, 3 months, or 12 months on the Until-you-pass pass), charged in US dollars through our payment processor, Stripe. Passes do not renew automatically. Prices are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Any taxes that apply are shown at checkout.

Our original questions, explanations and notes are our copyrighted work (the released CBP exam text itself is public domain). You may use the Service for your own personal study. You may not copy, scrape, download in bulk, republish, resell, share screenshots of question sets publicly, or use the content to train or build another product. CBP requires examinees to sign a non-disclosure agreement on exam day. Do not send us questions you remember from an exam CBP has not released, through feedback or any other channel: we do not accept them, use them or keep them.

We work to keep content accurate and cite sources with an as-at date, but laws, regulations, tariff provisions and exam policies change. The Service is not legal, customs or compliance advice. You are responsible for verifying current requirements with CBP, the Harmonized Tariff Schedule, the Code of Federal Regulations and other official sources.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CBLE Ready and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from reliance on the content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, including for scraping or account sharing. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect when posted with a new "last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. Questions: support@cbleready.com.
